Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 3, 2026. These pages provide general information. Individual services are governed by the written quote and separate project agreement supplied for approval.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests are reviewed under the customer’s written quote and signed agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Eligibility may depend on completed work, reserved project time, nonrefundable expenses, third-party charges, and other commitments already made for the project.

Completed-Work Deductions

Approved refunds may be reduced by the value of completed work and costs already incurred when allowed by the signed agreement.
